Ticket Purchase options– Reservations recommended The full purchase price is due at time of purchase. Charter refunds available up to 30 days prior to boarding date. Lost or stolen tickets are non-refundable. You may purchase tickets via pay pal on the internet, or at the office.. We accept MC/Visa, and checks.

Weather & Reliability Passenger safety is our number one priority. Our vessels will sail in almost all types of weather during the season. Every effort is made to sail on schedule and cancellations are rare; however, we are not responsible for inconveniences resulting from delays or cancellations.

Smoking Permitted on outside rear deck only

Motion Sickness Only Mother Nature can determine the waves, wind, and roll of the vessel. If motion sickness is a concern, please consider using either a non-prescription or prescription remedy prior to boarding.

Pets Small pets in safe carriers (portable kennel) may be transported on the ferry. The Spirit of LaSalle, LLC assumes no responsibility for the actions of pets.
